A High-Altitude Primer for the Time-Crunched Man

THE Expedition & SUMMITS:

The expedition begins with a guided visit to the pyramids of Teotihuacan, followed by a second cultural stop at the Great Pyramid of Cholula as we move into the mountains.

From there, we climb La Malinche and Iztaccíhuatl, two classic high-altitude volcanoes that provide a clear progression for altitude adaptation.

The journey ends with intentional recovery at a quiet mountain retreat, allowing time to rest, integrate, and return home grounded, reset, and invigorated.
